A Washington State man is lucky to be alive after he was robbed at gunpoint during an orchestrated armed robbery.

The victim threw a party at his residence and afterwards, had agreed to take a female acquaintance home after she asked him for a ride.

During the drive, they got to a certain location and she said “Pull over here”. When he did, a male approached the vehicle armed with a gun and and tried to rob him. The victim was shot in the leg as a result of the encounter.

It was later determined by police that the female had orchestrated the robbery with the armed male. She was later arrested for her part in the robbery and shooting. The armed man was also arrested.

The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

This is yet another great reminder as to why it’s important to carry our firearms with us at all times. This man was lucky that he wasn’t killed that night.
