GATLINGURG, TENNESSEE — Half joking here, but one reason we carry is because of hotel bears. They’re real.

A video was recently shared on social media that shows a bear roaming the 2nd floor of a hotel, and it’s rather entertaining to watch.

While bears are more than likely to run away from people, you never know what their reaction would be, especially if they’re in a location such as a 2nd level with no easy way out and feel cornered and threatened.

This incident seems to have occurred with no negative outcomes, but what if someone popped out of a hotel room to be greeted by this bear? He’d probably run away, but what if he attacked instead? Whatcha gonna do?

Far-fetched scenario, as this isn’t a typical occurrence, but we’re prepared either way.
