A robber got turned into an actual pancake directly after robbing someone as they sat in their vehicle. Directly after the robbery, the bad guy walked to his motorcycle parked behind the car he just robbed.
Without much thought, the driver of the car threw it in reverse and hit the gas, pinning the bad guy between his car and another, killing him.
We have to think about the legalities of this type of action, as many states in the U.S. would consider the threat gone and retreating. There are some states that this person may be alright in, but it’s a huge risk to take when taking action on a retreating suspect.
