4 Dead, 6 Injured After Retired Police Officer Opens Fire At Bar Following Domestic Dispute: Reports

ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA — A mass shooting unfolded in a bikers’ bar named Cook’s Corner in Trabuco Canyon, Orange County, California, resulting in the death of at least four individuals. The shooter, identified as a retired law enforcement officer, also injured six other people who are currently hospitalized.

The incident began around 7pm local time.

Following the incident, a significant number of law enforcement personnel were dispatched to the scene. Orange County Sheriff confirmed the presence of multiple victims on the social media platform X, previously known as Twitter, without divulging further specifics.

According to KCAL News, the assailant was reportedly shot by deputies. The California governor’s office is closely observing the situation.
