CETINJE, MONTENEGRO — Police say a 34-year-old man shot and killed 10 people with a hunting rifle in the city of Cetinje on Friday, in what is believed to be a random attack.

An 8-year-old and 11-year-old, along with their mother, were the first victims in the attack. Police say they were tenants of the attacker, and were shot first before he took to the streets to continue his attack.

Once on the street, the suspect shot 13 other people at random, 7 of them fatally. A passerby who witnessed the attack shot and killed the suspect, ending the rampage.

Police have no motive for the attack and continue to investigate.
