A Trip To The Gas Station Can Turn Deadly If You Engage With Stupid People

Published

People who settle disputes with violence have numerous problems with the way they handle life, and unfortunately for us, we could run into any one of them at any time.

A verbal argument at a gas station led to a man drawing a gun and firing multiple shots at 3 occupants inside a vehicle. All 3 were hit, but each will survive.

There is a long list of things that could have been done to prevent this from ever occurring, but the lesson here is for the average citizen who is just going about their day. Avoid confrontation, use your de-escalation skills if things are getting a little tense, and if anything seems off you simply need to get out of there.

That includes everyone else at the gas pumps on that day. If you see two parties going at it, even if it’s not a physical altercation, it’s best to distance yourself from them.
