Mass Shooting In Orange County Leaves 4 Dead and 2 Injured, Police Fired On, Suspect In Custody

ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA — Multiple people were shot at a business complex in Orange County around 5:30 pm local time Wednesday night. It is reported that police were fired upon when arriving at the scene and that they exchanged shots with a suspect.

Police confirmed that 4 people were killed and 2 others injured. A child was among those killed in the shooting.

The suspect was injured and taken to the hospital for treatment. The condition of the suspect is unknown at this time.

Orange P.D. said that the “situation has been stabilized and there is no threat to the public.”
