Fight At Home Leads To Stabbing And Self-Defense Shooting

GLENDALE, ARIZONA — In a brutal fight that shows the need for self-defensive tools, a man shot an intruder after being attacked with a knife in his own home.

He then shot one of the two intruders, causing them both to pack it in and head for the hills.

The altercation occurred on the morning of April 15 at around 7:30 a.m. when two men came to the victim’s home, according to ABC 15 Arizona.

Their arrival preceded what must have been a pretty brutal confrontation between the two parties, and one of the two attackers stabbed the man, whose identity was not revealed by the source.

That is when the victim stopped being a victim.

He produced a firearm and shot one of the two men, forcing them to break ranks and flee.

They didn’t get very far.

According to ABC 15 Arizona, the man who was shot went to the hospital for treatment, and is reportedly not in life-threatening danger. It is assumed by this author that his being taken into custody is pending following release from the hospital.

The second suspect was also taken into custody.

The cause of the altercation was unknown, but the answer is the same — if you are in a situation where your life is threatened, you have the God-given right to defend yourself, and thank God this man did.

Whether a break in, or something far more sinister, this man had no other choice than to respond with deadly force, and we applaud him for doing so.
