A licensed firearm holder fatally shot two men suspected of attempting a robbery at a business during an event. The incident resulted in the deaths of Chevon ‘Munga’ Hall and Christopher Gardener from Clarendon, with a third accomplice believed to be involved.
Surveillance video captured the moment when one robber, armed and masking his identity, held a man and woman hostage inside what appeared to be a bar. His accomplice then raided the counter for valuables. When one robber momentarily diverted his attention towards the entrance, a bystander in a blue shirt swiftly drew his firearm and shot the assailant at the counter. The second robber fled, pursued by the armed civilian and ultimately shot as well.
This armed citizen got the job done quickly, and more importantly waited his turn to make his move.
