POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA — An investigation into the brutal murders of three men, who were heading to a secluded area for an overnight fishing trip, has led to the arrest of three people.
A $30,000 reward had been offered for information in the slayings of Brandon Rollins, 27, Keven Springfield, 30, and Damion Tillman, 23. The trio was on a night fishing trip in rural Frostproof when they were found shot and beaten to death.

Brandon Rollins managed to call his father after the attack, and he headed to the location immediately. He was able to speak with his son before he died.
The suspects have been identified as Tony “TJ” Wiggins, Mary Whittemore, and William “Robert” Wiggins. During a press conference, it was made known that TJ had an ongoing fight with victim Keven Springfield regarding an accusation the victim had stolen an engine from a truck.
Surveillance video from a Dollar General store showed the victims and suspects talking with each other, just before the victims headed to the lake for their fishing trip.
The suspects then followed the trio to the location, where the murders took place
After the brutal murder, officers say the three went to a McDonald’s and ordered several double cheeseburgers and McChicken sandwiches.
