24-year-old Adrian Garduno was reportedly arguing with another vehicle at a Taco Bell drive-thru. At some point, police say he brandished a gun and was shot as a result.

Man Shot Dead In Taco Bell Drive-Thru After Reportedly Brandishing Gun At Other Vehicle

SURPRISE, ARIZONA — A confrontation at a Taco Bell drive-thru early Sunday resulted in the death of 24-year-old Adrian Garduno. Police reported that Garduno, during an argument with individuals in another vehicle, brandished a gun. In response, a person from the other vehicle shot Garduno multiple times.

When police arrived, they found Garduno deceased at the scene. The person who pulled the trigger cooperated with authorities and was released without charges.

The case will be reviewed by the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.
