Homeowner Shoots And Kills Home Invasion Suspect In Las Vegas On 4th Of July

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA — An unidentified man was fatally shot on July 4th in North Las Vegas after unlawfully entering a residence on Sand Sage Avenue, near Carey Avenue and Revere Street.

According to the police, the incident was reported around 1 p.m. The man, unknown to the home occupants, entered via the front door. Upon their arrival, police discovered the intruder deceased.

The case remains under active investigation, with no further details disclosed currently.
