Dick Heller Files Lawsuit That Challenges Washington DC’s Limit On The Number Of Rounds An Armed Citizen Can Carry


Dick Heller, of District of Columbia v. Heller fame, has filed a lawsuit that aims to challenge Washington, DC’s current restrictions on concealed carry, specifically their limits to the amount of rounds a concealed carrier can have on their person.
