The suspect in a deadly shooting in Washington state has been captured and identified as a 39-year-old, who according to family and relatives, had been in decline over the last few weeks and months.
The victim who was fatally shot was also identified as Justin Krumbah, 38, who was an Instacart worker at the store shopping.
Authorities said [the suspect] was seen in surveillance footage in a heated discussion with Krumbah before he opened fire at around 11am Pacific Time at the supermarket in Richland.

Police held a press conference, but didn’t answer a lot of questions that I feel are important. What led up to the shooting? Where and under what circumstances was the employee shot? Was that injured employee in close proximity to Krumbah?
Speculation leads me to believe that the suspect lost his temper during an argument and decided to pull out his gun, and that this wasn’t a mass shooting attempt. Both situations are terrible, of course, but I’m interested to hear more about the specific actions of this suspect and what his possible motives behind the deadly attack were.
The suspect has been booked on charges of first-degree murder and first-degree attempted murder. Police say he has not spoken with police and has remained silent.
An unnamed store employee was injured during the shooting and is expected to survive.
