Transaction Gone South: Robber Pulls Knife On Man, Man Pulls Gun On Robber

Published

NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA — The details are a little hazy, but it seems that a transaction was taking place inside a business, and it didn’t go as planned. The seller was trying to sell, but the buyers had other motives behind the get together.

The men met around 7:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 3200 block of Magazine Street. Police say at least one of the suspects pulled a knife “during transaction of purchase.”

As soon as the knife was pulled, the intended victim pulled out his firearm and told them to leave, which they did in a hurry.

They were later captured and arrested by police. The number of robbers arrested was not immediately clear, nor the circumstances behind the transaction.

Even with all of these unknowns, it displays another very clear message that people are tired of being victims, and will defend themselves when the time comes.
