Share Your Thoughts: No Charges In Neighbor Shooting That Left 1 Dead

KILLEEN, TEXAS — Curtis Shelley exchanged words with a neighbor back in November of 2017, and the confrontation ended with Shelley being shot and killed by that neighbor.

The incident was caught on camera by another neighbor who heard the commotion outside and started filming. Because of that video, many people are outraged that no charges are going to be filed in the shooting.
