HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA — A homeowner was happy to be armed during an attempted home invasion a few days ago, and he sent the criminal running for his life.
Captured on a home surveillance system, the bad guy can be seen trying to get into the front door with some tools. When he was unsuccessful, he attempted to gain entry through a window of the home.
That’s when the homeowner fought back, firing several shots at the criminal.
Police are still looking for this thug who got away, and it is unknown if he was injured as a result of the armed homeowner.
Recently, I made the move from NY to FL (more on that later). The brazen crime that happens down here is not what I’m used to growing up in NY. There’s a whole other level of ‘balls’ on some of these criminals, and gives even more reason to be armed while at home.
