GOOD GUY 1, ROBBER NONE: Armed Barber Shop Customer Stops Armed Robbery

What does a criminal hate more than anything? Not being the only one in the room with a firearm.

A barber shop in Milwaukee called Level Up Barber Shop was having a normal day just like any other, until a man walked in and started asking questions about hair cuts. After his questions, the man went into the bathroom to put on a mask and get his gun ready.

When he returned, it was apparent that a robbery was taking place. The suspect began to pat customers and employees down and at that time, one of the customers drew his concealed carry firearm and shot the suspect, successfully ending the robbery attempt.

The suspect died at the scene.

The armed customer has a valid concealed carry permit and was acting in self-defense.

The co-owner of the store, identified as Ty, says that he also has his concealed carry permit and is always on guard because of the violence that plagues Milwaukee.

“The crime rate is so high. It’s like nobody wants to work for an honest living anymore,” Ty said.
