The title of this article may be a little harsh, but if you’re going to try and rob someone with a knife, expect that your life could possibly end because of it. After all, there are everyday people out there that take their safety into their own hands.
The owner of a health food store in the Philadelphia area (who happens to be a former Secret Service agent and Philadelphia Police Officer) was working alone Monday evening when a man came in with a knife and demanded the money out of the register.
Once the man had the money, he put the knife up to the store owner’s chest. That’s when the store owner drew her firearm and shot the man in the chest, dropping him instantly.
The man was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
