Husband Arrested After Shooting Wife Following Infidelity Accusations

HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS — A domestic incident in Tomball, Texas, led to a woman being shot and her husband arrested, following accusations of infidelity. The Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office initiated an investigation on Tuesday afternoon at a residence on Feathers Landing Drive, close to North Eldridge Parkway.

Police reported that the husband called emergency services to report the shooting, which was categorized as a family disturbance. The conflict reportedly escalated after allegations of cheating were made, resulting in the woman being shot and subsequently hospitalized in a stable condition. The husband was initially detained for questioning and then arrested. A family member, who was also a witness, was briefly detained but not involved in the altercation.

Police dismissed the possibility of the shooting being accidental.
