[Graphic Warning] Police Release Multiple Videos From Lakewood Church Shooting

HOUSTON, TEXAS — Police have released multiple videos, both surveillance and body worn camera, of the shooting incident at Lakewood Church back on February 11th. In that incident, a mother brought her child to the church and had concealed multiple firearms under a trench coat that she was wearing.

The woman was shot and killed during the incident, and her child was also shot but survived. The child, a 7-year-old boy, was reported to now be breathing on his own, according to his grandmother.

Armed security and officers responded immediately after the first shot was fired, and had the suspect contained and down shortly after. One other person was shot in the hip and was taken to the hospital and has since been released.
