De-escalate, Avoid Confrontation, Stay Alive

These guys did neither, and one paid with his life. The argument apparently began over bad manners, and escalated into a deadly stabbing.

Once outside the store, there were multiple opportunities for the ‘victim’ to get away, but that wasn’t the way this played out. I say ‘victim’ because from the video, it would seem that he wasn’t letting the other guy go and was taunting him or even trying to continue the fight.

If that’s the case, this could be classified as self-defense.
