Why We Carry: A Bear Climbs Through Your Window

Published

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, COLORADO — As summer nears, many opt for open windows to enjoy fresh air, often welcoming breezes, rain, or insects. However, a Colorado home encountered an unusual guest, a bear, who viewed the open window as an entrance.

Captured on video by Heidi Hannah, the bear was seen clinging onto a second-floor window in Steamboat Springs, North Colorado. After entering the house, the bear later exited through a ground floor window.

If I were in the house, I’d get out if I could, instead of resulting to using a firearm. Plus, is he just walking around? Is he in attack mode? So many things to consider, and not something you see every day either.
