Man Shot During Apparent Road Rage Incident In San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS — A man required medical treatment following a shooting that took place on the Northwest Side of the city, seemingly provoked by a traffic dispute on Saturday, as stated by law enforcement. The incident occurred close to 9:45 p.m., located in the 8000 block of Bandera Road.

Officers present at the location reported that a man, aged 36, was involved in an aggressive confrontation while driving with another individual in a dark sedan.

In the course of the altercation, the unidentified person brandished a firearm and discharged it, wounding the 36-year-old man.

San Antonio Police Department confirmed that the victim was transported to a local medical facility, suffering injuries that were not deemed critical.
