PHOENIX, ARIZONA — Two men were killed in separate shootings on Saturday evening in Phoenix, according to one report.
The first shooting occurred in central Phoenix, where 24-year-old Aaron Duwan Frazier Jr. was found with gunshot wounds and later died at a local hospital, according to Arizona Republic.
Police said that early reports suggest Frazier had attempted to rob a man who was fueling his vehicle at a gas station, but the man shot Frazier in self-defense after returning to his vehicle to retrieve a gun.
The second shooting occurred on the city’s west side, where police found a man who had been shot and eventually died. No further details were available about the second victim or the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
