Woman On Zoom Call In Bedroom Robbed At Gunpoint, Callers Watch In Horror As Intruder Puts Gun To Her Head

Published

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS — A woman was on a meeting call in her bedroom via Zoom when two people were role into her home. They made their way to the room she was in, and horrified people on the call watched as one of the intruders put a gun to the woman’s head and demanded valuables.

Participants on the call phoned police to alert them of the real-time crime as it was happening, and as they were watching helplessly.

The unnamed woman was taking the call at around 2.50 pm local time when three suspects, including a 15-year-old girl, broke into her home.

People on the Zoom call watched in horror as one of the suspects, identified as Adrian Guillen, 19, held a gun to the woman’s head and demanded to show them her belongings.

Police found the suspects after following them to a hotel, and all 3 were taken into custody. The suspect who apparently put the gun to the woman’s head had an active warrant for capital murder.

A nice guy to have off the streets.

The reports did not indicate if the victim was injured, but I can only imagine how shaken up she is from this terrifying incident.

Incident Checklist:

  • Doors secured and locked?
  • Alert system in place? (Dog, cameras)
  • Self-defense tool immediately available?
  • Training for a home invasion?

The more prepared you are now, they better off you’ll be if the unthinkable happens.
