Father Takes 10-Year-Old Son For Ride So He Can Shoot His Paintball Gun Out The Window. A Homeowner Fired Back With A Real Gun, Hitting The Child.

MIAMI, FLORIDA — Not winning Father Of The Year is 26-year-old Michael Williams, who police say agreed to take his 10-year-old son for a ride so that he could shoot his paintball gun out the window at a home where kids were gathered.

They pulled up to the house with several people in the vehicle and the boy began shooting from the open van door at people in the front yard, and the homeowner reacted and grabbed his weapon because he thought the shooter wearing a hoodie was firing a real gun. The homeowner will not be charged and said he feared his family was “under attack,” and shot one round from his firearm and struck the child shooting the paintball gun.

To make matters worse, the child lost his balance after being shot. His father then ran him over with the car.

After everything went to hell (surprise), Williams made the decision to drive the child home instead of the hospital. The child’s mother called 911, like a normal person, and the boy was taken to the hospital. His condition is not known.

Williams has been charged with child neglect with great bodily harm.

Unfortunately, Williams doesn’t seem fit to do much. Responsibility is definitely not his thing.
