A 17 year old from Illinois, identified as Kyle Rittenhouse, was arrested by the Antioch Police Department on Wednesday.
He is being charged with first degree murder after police say he shot and killed two people during an altercation Tuesday night during the riots in Kenosha, WI.
Rittenhouse was reportedly arrested in Illinois and faces additional charges for fleeing to another state to avoid prosecution.
