Published

NORTH HAVEN, CONNECTICUT — A fire broke out today at the corporate headquarters of O.F. Mossberg & Sons, where firefighters were said to have worked quickly to help minimize damage.

One employee was reportedly injured, but thankfully the injuries are minor.

When firefighters responded this morning, flames were coming out of the roof around 9:15 am. At that time, all employees were outside and out of danger.

Mossberg released a statement saying that they would be closed for the remainder of Thursday and would resume regular business Friday morning.

We are glad to hear that no serious injuries were reported, and hope that Mossberg is able to repair the damage quickly.
