Police are on the lookout for a suspected murderer, Jody Lee Hunt, 39, of Westover. Hunt may be driving a black 2011 Ford F-150 pickup truck, with a sticker in the window and a blacked-out license plate.

Hunt is wanted for the shooting deaths of four people; two of the shootings happened in the Westover area and the other was in the Cheat Lake area in Monongalia County.
All schools in Monongalia County were placed in lock-down as a precaution.
Hunt is described as 5′ 8″ or 5′ 9″ and weighing 150 pounds. According to WAJR.com, Hunt had recently posted a message on Facebook about recent relationship troubles.
“I poured out my heart to her only to be maniupulated as to what I could give her,” the post said, according to WAJR.com. “Life is short. It’s not all games. Don’t play a game with ones heart.”
He continued: “My actions were not right nor were the actions of those who tried to tear me down and take from me. This was not the plan but a struggle to see that those who strives to hurt me received their fair pay of hurt like I received.”
Hunt is considered armed and dangerous.
