[VIDEO] Printing Like Whoa During Sketchy Craigslist Encounter; Intimidation Or Bad Concealment?

Youtuber GTX GUNS posted a video that is quickly making the rounds, and it’s likely to pop up on many firearm websites as well (like ours!).

Watch the video. Notice anything… *cough* popping out? Clearly, we see the outline of a firearm as well as the tail end of the holster poking out from underneath his shirt. Do you think he was printing like this as a scare tactic? Certainly this isn’t how he normally carries, as he’d be spotted all day long. But, since it’s not (yet) legal to openly carry a handgun in the state of Texas, maybe he felt it was his next best option when encountering a shady Craigslist dealer.

For me, regardless of the transaction, concealed means concealed. Moreover, intimidation shouldn’t be a factor. If you go to meet someone with the intention of having them see your firearm, you may not want to be there in the first place, as you’re likely thinking that you may run into trouble.

Even with this extreme printing, I don’t think the guy had any idea his angry customer was even carrying. He was too worried that he was about to receive a whooping.

Back Story:

Back story, in October 2013, I purchased an iPhone for my wife on craigslist for $560 the day before this video was taken. My friend was sent to meet him in a parking lot, upon inserting her SIM card that evening, AT&T shut our entire phone plan down. Apparently the iPhone he sold me was stolen and that’s all AT&T would tell us.

So I wrote him another email claiming I also wanted an iPhone for myself and he agreed to meet me back in the same parking lot the next day. Apparently, the stolen phone business is lucrative in ATX as he informed me he had several to choose from.

He ended up “refunding” me a total of $700 dollars (watch his counting). If he shows up to sell you a phone in Austin, beware!
