Steal someone’s wife and then kill him, what a pos. The homeowner effectively entirely caused this whole situation, with her criminal cooperation obviously. It’s basically a setup. Keep away from other men’s wives already. Stealing someone’s wife is actually a crime, it’s just not enforced. A legal marriage is something that is legally protected by statute. The homeowner here is worse than a typical thief. She’s guilty too from a legal standpoint of violating her legal marriage and causing this whole situation, but the homeowner actually brought someone else’s wife ONTO his property for the sole purpose of illegally violating a marriage. I wish the husband had not broken in and made it so easy for the creep. This should be chargeable as criminal conspiracy to entrap a party to a legal marriage while violating a legal marriage. Both the homeowner and her could be legally charged right now for violating a legal marriage. In some states it’s called adultery and is a crime.

Was it self defense? Nothing in the article mentioned the ‘husband’ having a weapon.

Also, nothing mentioned that the husband and wife were separated…. or was this a domestic dispute… and the cheating wife was responsible for allowing this to reach this point.
