Walmart Employee Arrested While Waiting In Car With Loaded Gun After Threatening To Shoot Other Employee

TULSA, OKLAHOMA — Police apprehended Adrienne Edwards, a Walmart employee, after she was reported to have threatened to shoot a fellow worker. Edwards was disciplined by her supervisors for inappropriate behavior during her shift, leading to her making these threats.

Witnesses confirmed hearing Edwards’ remarks about shooting a colleague. Officers located Edwards in her vehicle, parked close to the store’s entrance, where she confessed to the threats during an interview around 7:40 a.m.

She was found with a loaded handgun and is now facing charges for threatening a violent act.
