If someone is kicking your truck, you can’t use deadly force. Just an FYI.
During a road rage incident that happened in Brazil, both vehicles were involved in some type of accident. The Uber driver, the one who was shot, was very angry with the driver of the truck and began kicking the back of it.
After 2 kicks, the other man draws a firearm from the appendix position and fires two shots, striking the Uber driver.
The man who fired the shots was arrested and facing charges of attempted homicide.
