Woman Shot And Killed After Argument Over Salad At Las Vegas 7-11

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA — In an unfortunate and avoidable event last week, 35-year-old Mallory Armijo was shot and killed outside a 7-11 store in the central valley following an altercation over a purportedly stolen salad. The victim’s relative, Timothy Lett, expressed disbelief and grief over the tragic incident. Lett, who is the father to one of Armijo’s four children, described her as a loving individual whose trusting nature sometimes proved detrimental.

Law enforcement agencies confirmed Armijo’s death, and a man was taken into custody. Rainier Jefferson, also aged 35, was apprehended on Wednesday and now faces a slew of charges, including open murder with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

A video provided by Lett’s lawyer documented the chilling moment when Armijo was shot multiple times while leaving the store. The incident has sent shockwaves through the community, with the legal representative referring to it as a concern for everyone, stressing the dangers of firearm presence at such locations.

The legal representative, however, should be more focused on firearms in the hands of felons, as is the case in this incident.

As the community mourns the loss, Lett underlined the heartbreaking reality for Armijo’s children who must now navigate life without their mother. The incident has left her loved ones devastated and the community in a state of heightened concern over safety.
