Man Arrested After Allegedly Assaulting 3 Women, 1 Shoots Him In The Neck

WINSTON SALEM, NORTH CAROLINA — A 24-year-old man, Johordon Davis, was released from the hospital and arrested after being accused of assaulting three women on Feb.9th on Bethabara Pointe Circle, according to reports.

One of the women managed to shoot Davis in the neck, resulting in his injury, according to WXII.

No charges will be filed against the Greensboro woman who fired the gun, according to the report.

According to police, Davis and a family member came to the scene in order to collect his belongings from his ex-girlfriend’s apartment.

Davis became angry and proceeded to assault multiple women inside the apartment, including his mother and ex-girlfriend.

A woman inside the apartment pulled out a gun and shot at Davis in an attempt to stop the assault, but missed and hit one of the other women involved instead.

Davis and the woman then fought over the weapon, leading them outside to the parking lot, where he reportedly proceeded to assault her. The woman eventually won the struggle for the gun and shot Davis on the left side of his neck.

Davis was arrested by Winston-Salem police and held without bond until February 19th, after which he was released on a $10,000 unsecured bond. The incident remains under investigation.
