TUSCALOOSA, ALABAMA — A shooting that occurred over the weekend remains under investigation as a possible act of self-defense.
The fatal shooting originally occurred Saturday, September 24th at around 11 pm. The incident occurred at the River Road apartments. The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit interviewed multiple witnesses and collected evidence after the incident.
No arrests have been made in the case, which will be referred to a grand jury to determine if charges are warranted. Persons with information about the shooting are asked to contact Tuscaloosa VCU at #205-464-8690.
