Dick Heller, of District of Columbia v. Heller fame, has filed a lawsuit that aims to challenge Washington, DC’s current restrictions on concealed carry, specifically their limits to the amount of rounds a concealed carrier can have on their person.

Taking gun rights to the national level again, Heller may be responsible for another gun rights victory, possibly changing the landscape for gun owners across the Country. Again.
