The Kenosha police department released a video and photos of the process undertaken to destroy the rifle that Kyle Rittenhouse used to defend himself. Attorneys on both sides agreed to the decision.
The agreement was approved on January 28th by a judge and the rifle was destroyed on February 25th.
Rittenhouse was found not guilty in the shooting deaths of Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber. Gaige Grosskreutz was also shot and suffered injuries to his arm.
