Vehicle Drives Through Crowd Protesting In Minneapolis, Guy On Roof Decides He Wants Down

I can’t wrap my head around protesters who won’t let vehicles drive down the road, and do things like hop on top of the vehicle. Then when the vehicle keeps moving forward, likely in an attempt to get away, other people join in and beat on the vehicle.

In my world, cars go on the road and people walk on the sidewalk. It doesn’t look like this driver was meaning to cause any harm or run anyone over, but rather get away and proceed to where he was going.

If this driver were armed, after everyone beating on his car, he may have been justified to use force. He kept a level head, it seems, and even stopped to let the man off of his roof.

It’s a wild world, and all I’d ask is for people to make safe and rational decisions. That includes both sides.
