One thing is for sure, Americans love their firearms. Another thing is for sure; Americans don’t blame the gun for an evil thing that a person does.

In a recent poll, which has over 11,000 votes and counting, one news station asked their followers;

“Should our country follow New Zealand’s lead on restricting military-style, semi-automatic weapons?”

That’s a lot of ‘NO’ votes, and the poll is still in it’s early stages as of this writing.

Although this poll shows people strongly against following New Zealand’s lead, don’t forget that such proposals could be passed in the future in America. What are we doing now to stop it from getting to that point? That’s the question to ask.
