Preying on the innocent and unsuspecting is the criminal’s goal in many cases. They see opportunities and take them, and they’re not going to give you much warning –if any– in most cases.
Such as we see in the video below. A man is returning to his apartment complex by himself, minding his own business. Two men are seen walking up behind him, and he’s apparently unaware that they’re about to make their move.
This is the same old story of situational awareness, and knowing what to do if you’re attacked by multiple people at the same time. What’s your plan? Do you have one? Do you have skills that will aid you with a close encounter threat?
