The manhunt for convicted killer Danelo Cavalcante, who escaped from jail 11 days ago in Pennsylvania while awaiting transfer to prison to serve the rest of his life, could be coming to a head tonight as police reportedly have him surrounded.

I have seen numerous reports of armed citizens patrolling certain areas, but these reports have not been confirmed. If anyone happens to encounter or spot Cavalcante, do not approach him and call 911 immediately. He is a very dangerous individual and could be armed.
