The suspect has been identified only as a Hispanic man in his 30’s, and it does not appear that he lives locally to the area.
After the stabbings, the suspect continued down the road and was followed by multiple concerned citizens. Eventually, Sans Security and Las Vegas Police caught up to him and took him into custody.
The attack appears to have been random, and no altercation was noticed prior to the incident.
Police released video of the suspect walking down the street as he was fleeing from the scene.
