The attorney for Elisjsha Dicken said today that he does have a concealed carry permit for the state of Indiana. It was previously thought that Dicken was carrying under Indiana’s new Constitutional Carry law that went into effect July 1st of this year. While he technically was, he still possesses a permit that was used prior to that law taking effect.

Dicken shot and killed an active shooter this past Sunday in a mall food court within 15 seconds of the attack starting, saving countless lives.
