80-Year-Old Man Shoots And Kills 31-Year-Old Home Intruder

FLINT TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN — Police say a 31-year-old man is dead after he was shot and killed after allegedly breaking into the home of an armed 80-year-old man.

The incident occurred on Thursday just before 9 p.m., and the armed homeowner confronted the man after he entered

The suspect was pronounced

The homeowner was released from custody early Friday, and the investigation continues.
