Off-Duty NYPD Officer Shoots Woman And Partner After Finding Them Together; Police

An officer with the NYPD is being charged with murder after police say she shot two women at an apartment, one of which she was in a romantic relationship with.

The officer, identified by police as Yvonne Wu, 31, who was off-duty at the time, is believed to have shot both women — one of whom she was dating — when they returned to the home where the officer’s girlfriend lived.

Wu shot her partner in the torso, and the other woman in the chest, possibly more than once,according to police.

Wu hhas been an officer with the department for 5 1/2 years, and is now on the other side of the law.

Domestic incidents are some of the worst to occur, with people doing crazy things in the name of… love?
