Irresponsible Gun Owner Shoots His Friend At The Gun Range While Showing Him How To Do Things Properly

That’s sarcasm, folks.

We’ve seen this one before, but I can’t find the article at the moment. Recently, John over at ASP covered it and man, it gets me every time.

If you ever see someone doing something unsafe with a firearm, such as pointing it at someone, say something. If you’re the person who is being pointed at, get yourself out of the way and remind the person that they need to be aware of the direction in which they’re pointing it.

This isn’t rocket science, and it’s a shame that these things happen. They’re 100% avoidable, it just takes some brains and the ability to monitor yourself and your actions.

As for his buddy who was shot, he went to the hospital with serious injuries but survived.
