It was not immediately clear if the victims were a part of the altercation or were bystanders.

A 21-year-old was taken into custody and is suspected to be the gunman, identified as Anthony Herring. He is facing charges of Murder I, two counts of Murder II, Misconduct Involving a Weapon I, Misconduct Involving a Weapon II, 4 counts of Attempted Murder and Tampering with Evidence.

I avoid large groups of people at 2 am, as I’m generally asleep at home or doing some late-night work. Bad things tend to happen in the middle of the night, and that’s why it’s best to avoid these situations altogether.
