Pandemic Tempers Are Hot. Don’t Let Yourself Get Sucked Into Unnecessary Confrontation.

Published

These are times that most of us haven’t seen before in our lives, and it seems to get a little crazier as the days go by. We have a pandemic, shortages of certain items, quarantines, isolation, anger, tempers, and the list goes on and on.

With that, we’re all still a part of a civilized society, and we should be acting as such at all times. Like we normally would.

The video below shows a silly confrontation over the improper wearing of a mask, and it ended with a broken leg. The thing is, this entire incident was avoidable by both parties involved, but neither was willing to walk away.

Let this be a lesson to us, especially since we’re running around with firearms. Introducing yourself into an unnecessary situation, such as the one below, isn’t going to help anyone. I’m not saying that this was a case for a gun to be drawn, but I am saying that we need to respect one another.

As John points out in the video, don’t try to control how other people are acting and what they’re doing. Some think that masks are necessary for everyone, while others don’t see it that way. Regardless, do what you have to do to protect yourself, and know that you can’t influence everyone by speaking up. That’s reality, and right now, it’s enough to set people off.
